Welcome to the Richey Wellness patient portal! A few important things to note!

New patients please use the link to fill out the questionnaires and forms required for your visit.

***Request all refills through the portal, remember it takes 3 BUSINESS DAYS to get your refills.

***The portal is a great place for questions regarding your current treatment plan, but if a new issue arrises, please call the office to make an appointment as these CANNOT be addressed in the portal.

***Please remember that Tiffany Richey is a functional medicine provider and does not replace your current PCP. You should maintain a relationship with a PCP for any medical issues outside of what Tiffany is treating you for. This is very important for referrals, sick visits, etc.

Extensive portal communication may require a charge of $25 due to the time requirement that it takes to properly address questions.

If you have a medical emergency, please seek immediate help at your local emergency department or call 911.

For non-emergency medical questions, please leave a message at 405-608-4430 or send a question through the patient portal. We do answer these messages as soon as possible, however, some questions may take longer to answer than others.
